When people say this, you know that they have already been down a frustrating path that didn't work for them the first, or second, or even third time around. I was recently feeling severely fatigued for no apparent reason, so decided to pay a visit  to my doctor about this. Other than getting some blood tests done, and the usual  'get more sleep, get more exercise' advice, nothing helped to pick up my energy levels.
